PDF Protector, Splitter and Merger Pro

PDF Protector, Splitter and Merger Pro will help you to encrypt PDF, split PDF, merge multiple PDF files into single PDF file, extract images and text from PDF files. You can protect PDF files by setting password or permissions to the PDF files for users. This software supports 128-bit encryption. Splitter feature of this software have various options for splitting PDF files.

Add resolution options for image output. Making it per-file would be best, but an overall setting would suffice. Compression for Jpg, resolution for all image types.

Combine 'PDF image extractor' and 'PDF text extractor' into a singe function and allow page range selection. Also allow text to be extracted in forms other than .txt (let's say .doc or .odt) and preserve layout. Otherwise remove those functions to ma

see the AlgoLogic site have a feature comparison chart to reference the differences in their regular PDF Protector, Splitter, and Merger software and their Pro version. It would clarify the features of both and emphasize the extras in the Pro versio

Make a help page for the Pro version that includes the Pro features, then make an off-line help file so you don't have to be online to use it.

Make the output directory sticky, but for each tab. Fix the bug where the output directory is reset to Desktop after the directory chooser is opened and closed without change. Make the default directory something other than Desktop.

Add more informational help: when the file is being processed, don't just display 'processing', but the page number being worked on. Instead of 'Error' give some idea what caused the error. Also, save making subdirectories for outputs (like from ima
